Exceptional craftsmanship
I’m Alex Pitts and I specialise in freestanding bespoke furniture. Starting as a hobby in my Grandfathers workshop, he initially showed me the ropes and since then I have built my passion into a business. I originally started with buying, restoring and selling antique furniture, but I felt the urge to make something of my own design. This led to me attending the first LINLEY summer school (now known as the SNOWDON school of furniture) in 2016, which ignited the fire further, showing me that I wanted to become a master craftsman. I proceeded to attend Rycotewood Furniture College in Oxford, the leading institution for teaching furniture craftmanship and design for the past 80 years. I now have my own workshop, with all the hand tools and machines necessary to make any design I can imagine.
